I understand that “Proprietary Information” means all confidential information and information pertaining in any manner to the business of the Company or its parent, affiliates, consultants, or business associates that I become aware of during the period of my employment, except to the extent such information is generally known or made available to the public or to the Company’s competitors, suppliers, financing sources, consultants and similar persons through lawful means.
