Definition of Real Property Taxes and Assessments. All Real Property Taxes and Assessments shall be adjusted to reflect an assumption that the buildings in the Project are fully assessed for real property tax purposes as completed buildings ready for occupancy. As used in this Lease, the term "Real Property Taxes and Assessments" shall mean: any form of assessment, license fee, license tax, business license fee, commercial rental tax, levy, charge, improvement bond, tax or similar imposition imposed by any authority having the direct power to tax, including any city, county, state or federal government, or any school, agricultural, lighting, drainage or other improvement or special assessment district thereof, as against any legal or equitable interest of Landlord in the Project, including the following by way of illustration but not limitation:
