Definition of Real Property Taxes. As used herein, the term "real property tax" shall include any form of assessment, license fee, rent, tax, levy, penalty, or tax (other than inheritance or estate taxes), imposed by any authority having the direct or indirect power to tax, including any city, county, state or federal government, or any school, agricultural, lighting, drainage or other improvement distinct thereof, as against any legal or equitable interest of Landlord in the Premises or in the real property of which the Premises are a part, as against Landlord's right to rent or other income therefrom, or as against Landlord's business of leasing the Premises, and, Tenant shall pay and all charges and fees which may be imposed by the EPA or other similar government regulations or authorities.
