Definition of "Real Property. Taxes. As used herein, the term “real property tax” shall include any form of assessment, license fee, Rent tax, levy, penalty, or tax (other than inheritance or estate taxes), imposed by any authority having the direct or indirect power to tax, including any city, county, state, or federal government, or any school, agricultural, lighting, drainage, or other improvement district thereof, as against any legal or equitable interest of Landlord in the Premises or in the real property of which the Premises are a part, as against Landlord’s right to Rent or other income therefrom, or as against Landlord’s business of leasing the Premises; and Tenant shall pay any and all charges and fees which may be imposed by the Environmental Protection Agency or other similar government regulations or authorities.
