Definition of Regulated Substances and Environmental Laws. For purposes of this Lease, the term "Environmental Laws" shall include but not be limited to any relevant federal, state or local environmental laws, and the regulations, rules and ordinances, relating to environmental matters, and publications promulgated pursuant to the local, state, and federal laws and any rules or regulations relating to environmental matters. For the purpose of this Lease, the term "Regulated Substances" shall include but not be limited to substances defined as "regulated substance," "solid waste," "hazardous waste," "hazardous materials," "hazardous substances," "toxic materials," "toxic substances," "inert materials," "pollutants," "toxic pollutants," "herbicides," "fungicides," "rodenticides," "insecticides," "contaminants," "pesticides," "asbestos," "environmental nuisance," "criminal littering," or "petroleum products" as defined in Environmental Laws.
