Common use of Definition of Released Parties Clause in Contracts

Definition of Released Parties. As used in this Agreement, “Released Parties” shall mean: (i) the Company; (ii) all of the Company’s past, present, and future subsidiaries, parents, affiliates and divisions; (iii) all of the Company’s successors and/or assigns, as well as legal representatives; (iv) all of the Company’s past, present, and future officers, directors, managers, employees, shareholders, owners, attorneys, agents, insurers, employee benefit plans (including such plans’ administrators, trustees, fiduciaries, record-keepers, and insurers), and legal representatives (all individually, in their capacity acting on the Company’s behalf, and in their official capacities); and (v) all persons acting by, through, under, or in concert with any of the entities or persons listed in subsections (i)-(iv).
