Common use of Definition of Shares Clause in Contracts

Definition of Shares. As used in this Agreement, "Shares" shall mean and include any equity security or any security convertible or exchangeable into an equity security of the Company now owned or hereafter acquired by any Shareholders. Other terms used as defined terms herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings set forth in the Purchase Agreement or its Related Agreements (as such term is defined in the Purchase Agreement).

Definition of Shares.
