Definition of Terms Used Herein Generally. Unless otherwise defined herein, terms defined in the STID and used herein have the meanings given to them in the STID. All terms used herein and defined in the NYUCC shall have the same definitions herein as specified therein; provided, however, that if a term is defined in Article 9 of the NYUCC differently than in another Article of the NYUCC, the term has the meaning specified in Article 9 of the NYUCC.
