Definition of the Company. Whenever this Agreement refers to the Executive's employment with the Company, or the termination of the Executive's employment with the Company, the term "Company" shall include Xxxxx-Danfoss Inc. and any of its subsidiaries or related or affiliated companies or joint ventures that employ the Executive. In addition, when used in Sections 9, 10, 11 and 12 of this Agreement, the term "Company" shall include Xxxxx-Danfoss Inc. and any of its subsidiaries or related or affiliated companies or joint ventures.
