Definitional Conventions. (i) The words "hereof", "herein", "hereunder" and "hereto" and words of similar import when used in this Guaranty Agreement shall refer to this Guaranty Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Guaranty Agreement, and Article, Section, subsection, paragraph, item, exhibit and schedule references are to this Guaranty Agreement unless otherwise specified.
