Definitions and Articles, Sections and Paragraph References. As used in this Agreement, the singular includes the plural and the masculine, feminine and neuter gender each include the other where the context so indicates. References to Articles, Sections and paragraphs shall be references to the Articles, Sections and paragraphs of this Agreement.
