Definitions and Representations. DEFINITIONS: The terms of this Agreement shall have the meanings ascribed to them herein, for all purposes of this Agreement, unless the context clearly indicates some other meaning. Words in singular shall include the plural and words in the plural shall include the singular where the context so requires. AAgreement@ means this Host Community Agreement and any and all exhibits or schedules attached hereto. AParties@ shall mean the Company and the Town. AProject@ shall mean the solar energy system owned by the Company in the Town to be located on a portion of ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (aka ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇), Tax I.D. ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ (AProperty@) in the Town of Macedon.
