Definitions Attachments. 1.9.1 Capitalized terms used in this Agreement, including in the Attachments attached hereto, unless otherwise defined in this Agreement, shall have the respective meanings specified in the Glossary of Defined Terms attached hereto as Attachment 1. Unless otherwise indicated, references in this Agreement to sections, paragraphs, clauses, exhibits, attachments and schedules are to the same contained in or attached to this Agreement and all attachments and schedules referenced in this Agreement are incorporated in this Agreement by this reference as though fully set forth in this Section.
