1.2. Words and expressions defined in the FCA Rules which are not otherwise defined in this agreement shall, unless the context otherwise requires, have the same meaning in this agreement.

Any reference to a statute, statutory instrument or to rules or regulations shall be references to such statute, statutory instrument or rules and regulations as from time to time amended, re- enacted or replaced and to any codification, consolidation, re-enactment or substitution thereof as from time to time in force.

1.5. References to 'you' or 'your' are to the Investor.

Definitions, Construction and Interpretation. Unless otherwise defined in this Agreement or the context otherwise requires, words and expressions used in this Agreement have the meanings and constructions ascribed to them in Schedule 1 (Master Definitions Schedule) of a master framework agreement (the “Master Framework Agreement”) dated 13 November 2003 and made between, inter alios, the Issuer and the Borrower Security Trustee, as the same may be amended, varied or supplemented from time to time.
