Common use of Definitions; Controlling Document Clause in Contracts

Definitions; Controlling Document. The following terms shall have the following meanings in this Agreement (such meanings to be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of the terms defined). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms in the Loan Agreement applicable to the Loan with respect to which such term is used. In the event of an inconsistency or conflict between the provisions of any Loan Agreement and this Agreement, this Agreement shall control.
