Definitions for this Section 3. (a) “Exploit” shall mean to make, have made, import, use, sell, or offer for sale, including to research, develop, register, modify, enhance, improve, Manufacture, have Manufactured, formulate, have used, export, transport, distribute, promote, market or have sold or otherwise dispose of. (b) “Exploitation” shall mean the making, having made, importation, use, sale, offering for sale or disposition of a product or process, including the research, development, registration, modification, enhancement, improvement, Manufacture, formulation, optimization, import, export, transport, distribution, promotion or marketing of a product or process.
