Definitions in Lease. All terms used in this Schedule which are defined in the Lease to which this Schedule is attached shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Lease. In particular, reference is made to the definitions of Interim First Mortgage Loan, Permanent First Mortgage Loan and Second Mortgage Loan set forth in Section 1.1 of the Lease.
Definitions in Lease. All terms used in this Schedule which are defined in the Lease to which this Schedule is attached shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Lease.   • Basic Lease Provisions and Definitions In addition to other terms elsewhere defined in this Lease, the following terms whenever used in this Lease should have only the meanings set forth in this Preamble, unless such meanings are expressly modified, limited or expanded elsewhere herein.
