Definitions Interpretations. 1.1 The Student Residential Licence Agreement is the contract between the University of Winchester and the Student relating to the Accommodation and comprising the online room offer/acceptance process or paper offer letter (“Licence Agreement”) and these Student Residence Regulations (“Regulations”). Together referred to as the “Agreement”. 1.2 Words and phrases used in these Regulations shall, if defined above have the same meaning in these Regulations as in the Agreement.
