Definitions of Certain Terms Used Herein. As used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings: “67/8% Senior Notes” means the 67/8% Senior Notes due 2014 issued pursuant to the 67/8% Senior Notes Indenture, as amended, supplemented, amended and restated or otherwise modified from time to time. “67/8% Senior Notes Indenture” means the Indenture relating to the 67/8% Senior Notes, dated as of May 22, 2006, among the Borrower, the Parent, the respective Subsidiaries of the Parent and The Bank of New York, as trustee, as amended, supplemented, amended and restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
