DEFINITIONS OF PLEDGED STOCK AND COLLATERAL. All Stock at any time pledged or required to be pledged hereunder is hereinafter called the "PLEDGED STOCK"; and the Pledged Stock, together with all proceeds thereof, including any securities and moneys received and at the time held by the Pledgee hereunder, are hereinafter called the "COLLATERAL."
