Definitions; References and Construction. In this Agreement, capitalized terms have the meanings provided in this Article 1, unless defined elsewhere in this Agreement. All defined terms include both the singular and the plural of such terms. All references to Sections refer to Sections in this Agreement, and all references to Exhibits or Schedules refer to Exhibits or Schedules made a part of this Agreement. When the term “herein” is used in this Agreement, reference is made to the entire Agreement and not to any particular Section or subparagraph of a Section. The word “including” shall mean including without limitation. The words “shall” and “will” are interchangeably used throughout this Agreement and shall accordingly be given the same meaning, regardless of which word is used.
