Definitive Preferred Securities. Any portion of a Global Preferred Security transferred pursuant to this Section shall be registered in such names as the Clearing Agency shall direct. In the event of the occurrence of any of the events specified in clause (i) above, the Administrative Trustees will promptly make available to the Property Trustee a reasonable supply of Definitive Preferred Securities in fully registered form without Distribution coupons.
