Common use of Delaware Trustee’s Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Delaware Trustee’s Fees and Expenses. The Delaware Trustee shall receive as compensation for its services hereunder such fees as have been separately agreed upon before the date hereof between College Loan Corporation and the Delaware Trustee, and the Delaware Trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed by College Loan Corporation, to the extent provided in such separate agreement, for its other reasonable expenses hereunder.
