Common use of Delaware Trustee’s Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Delaware Trustee’s Fees and Expenses. The Delaware Trustee shall receive as compensation for its services hereunder such fees as have been separately agreed upon before the date hereof between Collegiate Funding Services, L.L.C. and the Delaware Trustee (or, with respect to any successor Delaware Trustee, reasonable compensation for all services rendered by it hereunder agreed upon with Collegiate Funding Services, L.L.C.), and the Delaware Trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed by Collegiate Funding Services, L.L.C., to the extent provided in such separate agreement, for its other reasonable expenses hereunder.
