DELAY BY THE ARTIST. (a) The Artist must notify the Principal if it anticipates or reasonably ought to anticipate any delay in its ability to complete the Artwork n accordance with the Work Program and also give notice of the reasons for the delay and the dates on which those dates occurred.

DELAY BY THE ARTIST. The Artist shall make all reasonable efforts to avert or rectify delays in the Work Program, in particular delay in the Completion Date, that may arise as a result of non-availability of necessary materials or labour, delivery delays, injury or illness of the Artist, or other delays in the production or installation of the Artwork.
