Common use of Delay in Claim Intimation Clause in Contracts

Delay in Claim Intimation. If the claim is not notified to the Company within the stipulated time as mentioned in the above sections, then the Company shall be provided the reasons for the delay, in writing. The Company will condone such delay on merits where the delay has been proved to be for reasons beyond the claimant’s control.
