DELAY IN DELIVERY; LIQUIDATED DAMAGES. 7.1 Subject to Section 9 below, the Supplier shall be liable for any Delays, except to the extent the Delay is caused by Swedavia or by anyone for which Swedavia is responsible. The Supplier shall use its best reasonable efforts to mitigate and limit any Delay.
