Delay in Removal. The NZTA may delay the start of dismantling or stop the dismantling and removal of the Bridge if the NZTA determines, in its discretion, that this is necessary or desirable as a result of any act or omission of the Hirer or the Hirer’s Contractor. The Hirer will pay the costs incurred by the NZTA from the delay or stop in the dismantling and removal of the Bridge. The NZTA may include those costs in its invoice for the Dismantling Fee or render a separate invoice.
