Delay in Settlement. If the Merchant fails to receive any Settlement Fund within a reasonable period and requests the Acquirer to inquire into the issue with the Acquirer's paying bank, the Acquirer shall deliver a written explanationn of the specific reason for the Merchant's failure to receive the payment within 1 Business Day after receiving such request from the Merchant, and shall reasonably cooperate with and assist the Merchant as reasonably required to resolve the issue.
