If there is any adjustment to the Contract Price under Article 6 at or before NTP, then these Delay Liquidated Damages will be automatically adjusted to equal ***% of the Contract Price (to be stated in a fixed dollar amount). In such circumstance, the Parties agree to execute a Change Order reflecting the revised Delay Liquidated Damages amounts.
