Delay Not Waiver. No delay or omission of the Collateral Agent or any other Secured Party to exercise any right, power or remedy accruing upon the occurrence and during the continuance of any Event of Default shall impair any such right or power or shall be construed to be a waiver of any such Event of Default or an acquiescence therein; and every right, power and remedy given by this Agreement may be exercised from time to time, and as often as shall be deemed expedient, by the Collateral Agent.
