Delay of Award of Contract. In the event the contract for construction of the Project is not awarded within months of the acceptance of the Design by the Client the final fee for design shall be determined as in paragraph (a) above, and paragraph (b) shall not apply. Further services for the Project beyond the months will be undertaken on a time basis.
