Common use of Delay of Piggyback Registration Clause in Contracts

Delay of Piggyback Registration. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Article V, in the event that Vail determines in its reasonable judgment that it may be advisable to delay filing a Registration Statement described in Section 5.3 hereof or to withdraw such Registration Statement if such Registration Statement has already been filed, Vail may delay filing such, or withdraw such previously filed, Registration Statement in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.2 hereof.
