Common use of Delay of Registration; Furnishing Information Clause in Contracts

Delay of Registration; Furnishing Information. It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to take any action pursuant to Section 3.1 or 3.2 that the selling Holders shall furnish to the Company upon written request of the Company such information regarding themselves, the Registrable Securities held by them and the intended method of disposition of such securities as shall reasonably be required to effect the registration of their Registrable Securities.

Delay of Registration; Furnishing Information. It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to take any action pursuant to Section 3.1 7.1, 7.2 or 3.2 7.3 that the selling Holders shall furnish to the Company upon written request of the Company such information regarding themselves, the Registrable Securities Shares held by them and the intended method of disposition of such securities as shall reasonably be required to effect the registration of their Registrable Securities.

It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to take any action pursuant to Section 3.1 4.1, 4.2 or 3.2 4.3 that the selling Holders shall furnish to the Company upon written request of the Company such information regarding themselves, the Registrable Securities Shares held by them and the intended method of disposition of such securities as shall reasonably be required to effect the registration of their Registrable Securities.

(a) It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to take any action pursuant to Section 3.1 1.2, 1.3 or 3.2 1.10 that the selling Holders Stockholder shall furnish to the Company upon written request of the Company such information regarding themselvesitself, the Registrable Securities held by them the Stockholder and the intended method of disposition of such securities as shall reasonably be required to effect the registration of their the Stockholder's Registrable Securities.

It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to take any action pursuant to Section 3.1 or 3.2 2.1 that the selling Holders Investor and any of its Affiliates participating in such offering shall furnish to the Company upon written request of the Company such information regarding themselvesInvestor, its Affiliates, the Registrable Securities held by them Investor and its Affiliates and the intended method of disposition of such securities as shall reasonably be required to effect the registration of their Registrable Securities.
