Delay of Subrogation, etc. Notwithstanding any payment made by or for the account of the Guarantor pursuant to this Article XII, the Parent shall not be subrogated to any right of any Lender Party, or have any right to obtain reimbursement or indemnification from the Borrower, until such time as this Guaranty is terminated in accordance with Section 12.8.
