Delayed Data and After Midnight Data. 5.4.1 The Delayed Data Licence Charges, set forth in Schedule B are always due by the Redistributor and by each entity (including Service Facilitators whose Brand is not solely that of the Redistributor) who allows End Customers to access the Market Data, regardless, among others, the technology used, ‘open’ or ‘closed’ user group environment and regardless who holds the Data Entitlement.
