Delayed Draw Term A Loans. On and after the Acquisition Closing Date and on or prior to the date that is the first anniversary of the Acquisition Closing Date, each Delayed Draw Term A Lender severally and not jointly agrees, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, to make to the Company from time to time, a loan denominated in Dollars in an aggregate amount requested by the Company but not to exceed such Delayed Draw Term A Lender’s Delayed Draw Term A Commitment as of such date immediately prior to giving effect to such Advance (the “Delayed Draw Term A Loans”). Amounts borrowed under this Section 2.1(b) and repaid or prepaid may not be reborrowed. Delayed Draw Term A Loans may be Floating Rate Loans or Eurocurrency Loans, as further provided herein. Without limitation of the foregoing, the Delayed Draw Term A Loans shall be available in up to three separate Advances.
