Common use of Delayed Draw Term Loan Clause in Contracts

Delayed Draw Term Loan. (A) Unless terminated sooner pursuant to Section 2.05(a)(iii)(C), the Total Delayed Draw Term Loan Commitment shall terminate at 5:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the DDTL Commitment Expiration Date. (B) Upon at least one (1) Business Day’s prior written notice (or such shorter period as shall be acceptable to the Administrative Agent) by the Administrative Borrower to the Administrative Agent, the Administrative Borrower shall have the right at any time and from time to time to terminate the Delayed Draw Term Loan Commitments and to permanently reduce to zero the remaining unfunded portion of the Delayed Draw Term Loan Commitments thereunder.
