Common use of Delayed Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Delayed Enforcement. We may delay enforcing our rights under this Agreement without waiving those rights. Our failure to exercise any of our rights when you default does not mean we are unable to exercise those rights upon later default. We may accept late or partial payments, as well as payments marked “payment in full” or with other restrictive endorsements, without losing any of our rights under this Agreement.
