Common use of Delayed Interconnection Study Termination Right Clause in Contracts

Delayed Interconnection Study Termination Right. If Seller has not received an Interconnection Study or Interconnection Agreement tendered to Seller by CAISO, the Participating Transmission Owner, or the Utility Distribution Company by the Interconnection Study Date, then Seller shall have the right, but not the obligation to terminate this Agreement by Notice to Buyer within ten (10) Business Days following the Interconnection Study Date. Seller’s termination of this Agreement will be effective five (5) Business Days after Seller’s Notice to terminate is given to Buyer.
