Delivery of Goods 4.1 The Supplier shall ensure that:
Delivery of Products All shipments of Products shall be made either F.O.B. Destination or F.O.B. Shipping Point as designated in the Purchase Order.
NON-DELIVERY OF POSSESSION In the event Landlord cannot deliver possession of the Premises to Tenant upon the commencement of the Lease term, through no fault of Landlord or its agents, then Landlord or its agents shall have no liability, but the rental herein provided shall xxxxx until possession is given. Landlord or its agents shall have thirty (30) days in which to give possession, and if possession is tendered within such time, Tenant agrees to accept the demised Premises and pay the rental herein provided from that date. Delivery of Materials In the event of any expiration or termination of this Agreement, Contractor shall promptly provide the JBE with all originals and copies of the Deliverables, including any partially-completed Deliverables-related work product or materials, and any JBE-provided materials in its possession, custody, or control. In the event of any termination of this Agreement, the JBE shall not be liable to Contractor for compensation or damages incurred as a result of such termination; provided that if the JBE’s termination is not for cause, the JBE shall pay any fees due under this Agreement for Services performed or Deliverables completed and accepted as of the date of the JBE’s termination Notice.
Delivery of Work If the Director terminates the Master Agreement and/or any Approved Service Order(s) – whether for convenience or for cause – the Director has the option of requiring the Consultant to provide to the City any finished or unfinished Work Product prepared by the Consultant up to the date of Consultant’s receipt of the written notice of termination.

PURCHASE OF GOODS To the extent that the Contract involves any purchase of the Goods, whether in whole or in part, and unless specifically stated otherwise in the Contract, the following conditions shall apply to such purchases under the Contract:
REJECTION OF GOODS Notwithstanding any other rights of, or remedies available to UNDP under the Contract, in case any of the Goods are defective or otherwise do not conform to the specifications or other requirements of the Contract, UNDP, at its sole option, may reject or refuse to accept the Goods, and within thirty (30) days following receipt of notice from UNDP of such rejection or refusal to accept the Goods, the Contractor shall, in sole option of UNDP:
Delivery of Services Axon personnel will work Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., except holidays. Axon will perform all on-site tasks over a consecutive timeframe. Axon will not charge Agency travel time by Axon personnel to Agency premises as work hours.
