Delays; Partial Exercise of Remedies. No delay or omission of the Agent, any Issuing Bank or any Lender to exercise any right or remedy hereunder or under any of the other Credit Documents, whether before or after the happening of any Event of Default, shall impair any such right or shall operate as a waiver thereof or as a waiver of any such Event of Default. No single or partial exercise by the Agent, any Issuing Bank or any Lender of any right or remedy shall preclude any other or further exercise thereof, or preclude any other right or remedy.
