Delays; Partial Exercise of Remedies. No delay or omission of the Senior Lender to exercise any right or remedy hereunder shall impair any such right or operate as a waiver thereof. No single or partial exercise by the Senior Lender of any right or remedy shall preclude any other or further exercise thereof, or preclude any other right or remedy.
