Common use of Delays Clause in Contracts

Delays. If a vessel must delay a multi-day trip sail date, and has 42 been selected for an ASM, the vessel must notify their ASM 43 Provider(s) & Sector Manager immediately. Trips greater than 44 48 hours, may delay their sail date/time up to 48 hours from the 45 estimated sail date and time provided in their Pre-Trip 46 notification, provided that an ASM is still available to sail on that 1 trip or a waiver is granted.
