Common use of Delegate facilities/support Clause in Contracts

Delegate facilities/support. 2.5.1 The Ministry will provide reasonable access to facilities for all delegates to carry out their role. This includes, where practicable, access to a workstation (with word processing, email, printing and external internet capability), photocopying facilities and facilities for communication with members including meeting spaces, conferencing facilities, notice boards, internal mail, telephone and email, intranet page, and use of Ministry vehicles where such vehicles are available and the vehicle use is considered appropriate.
