DELEGATION, ASSIGNMENT AND SUBCONTRACTS. 15 A. CONTRACTOR may not delegate or assign the obligations hereunder, either in whole or in 16 part, without prior written consent of COUNTY; provided, however, obligations undertaken by 17 CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement may be carried out by means of subcontracts, upon 18 approval by ADMINISTRATOR, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
