DELEGATION BY COMPANY. FRANCHISEE agrees that COMPANY shall have the right, from time to time, to delegate the performance of any portion or all of its obligations and duties under this Agreement to designees, whether the same are agents of COMPANY or independent contractors with which COMPANY has contracted to provide such services.
