DELEGATION BY THE COLLATERAL AGENT. (a) The Collateral Agent or any Person appointed by the Collateral Agent may at any time and from time to time delegate by power of attorney or in any other manner to any properly qualified Person or Persons all or any of the powers, authorities and discretions which are for the time being exercisable by the Collateral Agent under this Pledge Agreement in relation to the Pledged Assets.
