Delegation of Authority to Act as Foreign Custody Manager. Each Trust delegates to the Delegate, subject to Section (b) of Rule 17f-5, the responsibilities set forth in Sections 3, 4 and 5 of this Consolidated Agreement with respect to Foreign Assets of the Funds held outside the United States, and Delegate accepts such delegation as each Fund’s Foreign Custody Manager.
