Delegation of Duty by Trustee. In carrying out its obligations under this Trust Agreement, the Trustee may act either directly or through agents, attorneys, accountants, independent contractors and auditors and enter into agreements with any of them and shall not be liable for the negligence, default or misconduct of any such agents, attorneys, accountants, independent contractors or auditors if such agents, attorneys, accountants, independent contractors, custodians, nominees or auditors shall have been selected with reasonable care.
